yeah seriously, skip this post and go to 'my other ones :P
sitting down for most of the days with hardly no excersize and little to no sunlight
sleep deprived for the past month
ate beef for breakfast lunch and dinner yesterday, and 2 nights ago's dinner
fa..should I really be saying this publicly?(duh ofc not, no'one in their right mind wants to read this) ..pped... for 3 or 4 hours straight last night.. is that dangerous?
well the results weren't pretty..
chest pain, mucus in throat, felt like 'I was going to throw up, and out of nowhere a massive headache on only 1 side of 'my head..
thats all XD
